The subject reverberated again after the influencer Luiz Guilherme Prado published a print that shows a friction between an iFood motoboy and a customer.

In the conversation, a man who claims to be a lawyer says that he cannot go down to the entrance to pick up the order and says that, if the service provider cannot go up, “he can cancel the order”.

The delivery person asks if the author of the order is in a wheelchair. The man replies, “No, but I’m paying for delivery. I really don’t want to go down (sic)”.

The motoboy says that the customer is paying for delivery and not for “room service”: “I’m not a waiter”.

The lawyer also writes that if he were to go down, he would personally go to the establishment and make the request. The man also threatens to open a complaint on the app and insults the delivery man: “You are very abused”.
