The Sollers Auto company in its report announced a halt in the supply of automotive components to factories producing Ford vans and Mazda models in Russia. However, it is in talks to resume deliveries.

“As a result of changes in the geopolitical situation, there are difficulties with the supply of imported components, as well as threats of cyber attacks. In this regard, the supply of components to the joint ventures Sollers Ford and Mazda Sollers has been suspended. Negotiations are currently underway to resume deliveries.”– reports “Sollers Auto”.
The company was informed that they do not consider international economic pressure on the Russian Federation to be the reason for curtailing business activity in Russia, since Sollers Auto is focused on the domestic market.
Sollers’ IFRS net profit for the past year amounted to 2.43 billion rubles, a year earlier the company received a loss of 2.13 billion rubles. The company’s turnover increased to 91.71 billion rubles (+39%).
“Revenue growth ensured a steady demand for Ford Transit cars and an increase in sales volumes of the Sollers Ford JV, the controlling shareholder of which is Sollers Auto, the Sollers report says.
