Demi Lovato: from mental health to LGBTQ rights, here are the topics of her new podcast

It is a period full of projects and news for Demi Lovato. After its web series, Dancing with the devil, in which she talked about her relapse with alcohol and drugs, the tragic night she overdosed and the whole recovery process, from today is online on the main streaming platforms with its new podcast, 4D with Demi Lovato.

At the center of the various episodes, available every Wednesday, there will be the themes dear to the singer: mental health, LGBTQ rights, body positivity and environmentalism. Topics that will not only be discussed by her, but also by numerous guests including celebrities, activists and experts. For example, the participation of Jane Fonda, Chelsea Handler and the writer Glennon Doyle.

To better understand how the podcast will be structured, just look at the title which is deliberately evocative. In fact, if usually the “fourth dimension” is an intangible place where time and space find their own continuity, for the former protagonist Disney it means engaging in discussions that “lead astray from typical conversations.” The goal is to make several things coexist at the same time: “on the one hand, I want to give my guests visibility and an audience that they would otherwise not have, and I want the listeners to learn new things with me, leading them to become passionate about a theme they may not have known about. All this while I am talking about causes that have always been close to my heart and on which I want you to never drop attention ».

Certainly ambitious project, but by now we know well Demi and we know how stubborn she is. Thanks also to her, we are better acquainted with mental health problems such as eating disorders and addictions. So, I don’t know about you, but I can’t wait to hear this podcast!
