The head of the Moscow Department of Transport Maxim Liksutov told about the launch:

Why friends and acquaintances? Nowadays, most people perceive their car as a very personal space. Not everyone is ready to put an outsider behind the wheel, therefore, at the first stage, you yourself will be able to choose whom to entrust your car to from the circle of people you know. In addition, we do not expect millions of registrations at once, this project is a convenient option, which should be in Moscow – in the most modern city in Europe. Private companies may have similar mobile solutions, we will be only happy about this and ready to help everyone interested. “

At the first stage, the developers opened registration for the first 100 participants-testers. You can register and download the “Ruli” application for iOS and Android on a special page of the project. Simultaneously with Moscow, “Ruli” will be launched in St. Petersburg.

Using the application, you can invite friends from your contact list, specify the period and other conditions for renting a car. In addition, you can open, close, start and even warm up the car directly from the application. The owner will receive complete information – the trip history includes the location, rental duration, mileage, fuel consumption, and in the long term, the driving style.
