The Rise Management Trainee Program, for more than 30 years, enables young people with talent and an appetite for learning to broaden their knowledge based on the latest market developments, gain expertise in their field and further cultivate a range of skills such as adaptability, teamwork and leadership skills. The new cycle of the program is aimed at young professionals with up to 4 years of work experience and concerns positions in the commercial departments of the company, in departments of the supply chain, as well as in support departments, such as Finance and Human Resources Management.

The selected Rise Management Trainees will integrate smoothly into the company by learning closely the daily operation and activity of its departments, will be involved in international and domestic projects based on a fully personalized development plan, and will gradually evolve by taking on leadership responsibilities to become active members of the groups they will join. Upon completion of the program and based on their career plan, they will develop into organic positions within the company in Greece and Cyprus, but also in other countries where the Coca-Cola HBC Group has a presence.
