A man was arrested on Tuesday (1), for kidnap and coerce your former partner during an online judicial hearing . He already had criminal records for domestic violence and was arrested by the Federal District Military Police.
According to information from the PM, the kidnapping took place on Monday night (31) at Recanto das Emas, but came to light only on Tuesday afternoon.
At the time, the victim was attending an online judicial hearing on domestic violence from inside a vehicle, when members of the prosecutor and justice realized that she was accompanied by the aggressor and being coerced.
The man was already sought to answer for previous assaults against the victim and against him was already in force a protective measure that prohibited him from approaching his companion.
The bodies of court immediately called the Military Police and the arrest of the accused was issued. In order to locate the aggressor’s vehicle, the police triggered units of the corporation, including the air support of the PM helicopter.
The vehicle was found and intercepted almost two hours after the start of the searches at DF-457 in the QNL/Samambaia direction. According to the PM, the actions prevented a possible femicide.
