“Diddy” will remain in prison – rejected warranty request

A judge rejected the request for a guarantee of “Diddy” cums, after the court’s verdict that found him guilty of carrying a person to prostitution, but acquitted him of the most serious accusations: Rackeeering and sexual trafficking. The artist’s lawyers argued that there was no danger of escaping, stressing that his jet is rented in Hawaii. However, Judge Arun Subramanian cited Covers’ violence history and decided that the rapper had to remain in prison until the sentence later in the year, when he faced up to 20 years in prison. In the nearly two -month federal trial in New York, prosecutors accused the cobs of using his reputation and business empire to run a criminal organization that traveled women for sexual exploitation.
