Here’s what we learned.

Can Dr. Tri explain to us what exactly does the Dien Chan® method consist of?
“It’s a technique multi -finals facialborn to help people take care of their health in a natural and autonomous way. It is based on a very simple principle: Each part of the body is connected to others, And the face reflects the entire body. By stimulating some reflected points with specific fingers or tools, we can send impulses to the nervous system that favor self -regulation and energy rebalancing ».

What is the story of this method? How did it come?
«The method was born in 1980, when the Professor Bui Quoc Chauacupunator and reflexologist, began to treat patients in a post-war context, looking for accessible, quick and non-invasive solutions. On March 26, 1980 he discovered a “alive” reflected point for the first time, which immediately alleviated a pain. From there began a long phase of empirical study that led him to identify Over 600 points reflected on the facethen arranged in maps and diagrams. It is important to know that all this is the result of clinical observation, not of abstract hypotheses ».

Can you talk about the creation of Dien Chan® maps?
“Professor Chau soon understood that To make the method understandable to everyone, it had to view the correspondence between face and body. Thus were born the first maps of reflection: the figure of the “Mr. Yang” and subsequently that of the “Mrs. Yin”. Then he created Maps of the internal organsto facilitate the treatment of specific areas even on the forehead. Today the method includes A real reflexological cartography of the facewhich is taught in the courses ».

What are the main benefits of Dien Chan®?
“Many. On a physical level, it acts on muscle pain, headaches, digestive problems, hormonal imbalances, chronic tiredness. It is also useful in the post-operative phase or in supporting chronic diseases. But it is equally valid for manage stress, improve sleep, stimulate concentration or strengthen immunity. However, the greatest benefit is the freedom and autonomy: It can be applied anywhere, at any time, without complex tools ».

How simple is it to apply in daily life?
“Very. Just a mirror and a few minutes per day. It can be done at home, in the office, on the road. You can start by stimulating 2 or 3 points in the morning to take action, or intervene at the first symptoms of malaise. You don’t need to undress or use needlesas in the acupuncture, simply massage, tap, press or rub some areas of the face. You can do it with your fingers, with a pen or with special tools. It is an immediate and effective practice ».

You founded the Italian association. How did this adventure started?
I founded the association in 2012after my direct training with Professor Chau. The goal was to spread the original method in Italy, as thanks to the country that welcomed my family. At the beginning it was all artisan: home treatments, courses with few participants, seminars in fairs. With my camper I shot all of Italy, even under the snow! But the enthusiasm of people prompted me to continue ».

How has the association has grown since then?
“Today we have more than 400 reflexologists formedand many continue to become certified trainers. Our team has expanded thanks to the contribution of my sisters My Le, My Hang and My Duyen. We offer basic, advanced courses and a Master in Vietnam with Professor Chau. Our commitment is to provide serious, accessible, updated formation, and maintain direct contact with the original source of the method ».

What is the need to start practicing the Dien Chan®?
«Just want to learn and a little curiosity! You can also start with your fingers, but for optimal results there are more than 170 toolsdivided into Yin and Yang: those Yang (warm, in hard plastic) stimulate, the yin (fresh, metal) calming. They are cheap, durable and suitable for everyone. In a short time you become autonomous in the treatment of yourself and loved ones ».

What impact did this method have in your life?
“Total. The Dien Chan® allowed me not only to take care of my health, but also to help thousands of people. Each treatment is a meeting, each course sharing. I never stop learning, and Every day I feel closer to Professor Chau’s dream: that in every family, at least one person knows the method and knows bring well -being without depending on drugs or structures “.

In short, the Dien Chan® method is much more than a reflexological technique …
«That’s right: it is A practical way to the self -management of wellnessbased on body listening, knowledge and simplicity. In an increasingly medicalized world, it offers A return to awareness and autonomy. And as Professor Chau loves to remember: “It is not important to know everything, it is enough to know the few right points”».
