The company Dimand informs that on 08.07.2022 it received notification from the shareholder Latsco Hellenic Holdings SARL, regarding the acquisition of voting rights on 06.07.2022, while on 11.07.2022 it received notifications from the shareholders etc. Dimitrios Andriopoulos and Panagiotis Panagiotidis, regarding the allocation of voting rights on 07/06/2022. Specifically:

For LATSCO HELLENIC HOLDINGS SARL:

Number of shares and an equal number of voting rights before the last transaction: 0 shares and voting rights, i.e. 0.00% of the Company’s total voting rights.

Number of shares and an equal number of voting rights after the last transaction: 1,000,000 shares and voting rights, i.e. 5.353% of the Company’s total voting rights.

In the same above notification, the shareholder LATSCO HELLENIC HOLDINGS SARL stated that it is 100% controlled by the company named “EFG Trust Company Ltd” in its capacity as trustee of the trust named “Thalassa Trust”.

For Mr. D. Andriopoulos:

Number of shares and an equal number of voting rights before the last transaction: 10,320,600 shares and voting rights, i.e. 63.75% of the Company’s total voting rights.

Number of shares and an equal number of voting rights after the last transaction: 9,528,570 shares and voting rights, i.e. 51.009% of the Company’s total voting rights.

For Mr. P. Panagiotidis:

Number of shares and an equal number of voting rights before the last transaction: 1,214,400 shares and voting rights, i.e. 7.50% of the Company’s total voting rights.

Number of shares and an equal number of voting rights after the last transaction: 1,121,220 shares and voting rights, i.e. 6.002% of the Company’s total voting rights
