The competent audit services (EL.AS, Coast Guard, EAD, DIMEA, SEPE, Regions and Municipal Police) carried out from 10-12.12.2021 a total of 220,923 inspections and recorded 673 cases of violation of epidemiological alert measures.
In total, fines of € 283,050 and suspension of operation were imposed on (14) companies.
The Greek Police was in charge of the main volume of inspections.

EL.AS imposed fines totaling € 10,000 on two (2) stores of health interest and fifteen (15) days of suspension each, for serving a large number of customers.
Η ΔΙ.Μ.Ε.Α. imposed fines totaling € 2,700 on nine (9) stores for not posting in writing or digitally the maximum number of people allowed inside the store

Region of Eastern Macedonia and Thrace
EL.AS. imposed an administrative fine of a total amount of € 10,000 and fifteen (15) days suspension of operation in two companies for customer service without the necessary certificates. In addition, these customers were fined a total of € 1,800 (€ 6×300).
Region of Central Macedonia
EL.AS. imposed an administrative fine of € 5,000 and fifteen (15) days suspension of operation in a store of health interest for customer service without the necessary certificates. In addition, these customers were fined a total of € 600 (€ 2×300).

EL.AS proceeded to one (1) arrest of an employee in a store of health interest and imposed an administrative fine of € 5,000 for violation of the obligation of house arrest (quarantine) that had been set until 12/12/2021, as it was seized to provide physical work in the store of health interest on 10/12/2021. In addition, EL.AS. proceeded to (1) arrest the employer of the said employee and owner of the store of health interest for violation of the measures for the prevention of diseases. (It is mentioned that the competent department of the SA was informed about the imposition of administrative sanctions against the company due to its competence).

EL.AS. imposed an administrative fine of a total amount of € 1,500 on five companies for non-compliance with the obligation to post in writing or digitally the maximum number of persons allowed to be inside the store.
Η ΔΙ.Μ.Ε.Α. imposed a fine of € 300 on one (1) store of health interest for not using a protective mask.
Western Greece
EL.AS imposed fines totaling € 10,000 on two (2) stores of health interest and fifteen (15) days suspension each, for serving customers without certificates of vaccination or illness.
Thessaly Region
The E.A.D. imposed an administrative fine of a total amount of 900 € (3×300 €) on a store of health interest for not using a mask by three (3) employees of the company.
South Aegean Region
EL.AS proceeded to one (1) arrest of the owner of a health interest store, imposed an administrative fine of € 5,000 and fifteen (15) days suspension of operation, for customer service without the necessary certificates. In addition, these customers were fined a total of € 600 (€ 2×300).
Region of Crete
EL.AS imposed an administrative fine of € 5,000 on a company (entertainment center) as it operated without a license to establish and operate.
EL.AS imposed an administrative fine of € 10,000 on a store of health interest and thirty (30) days suspension of operation, for exceeding the customer limit and for non-compliance with the prescribed distances between the tables.

The (DIMEA) carried out two hundred and eighty four (284) inspections of objects for the implementation of the measures against COVID-19, which took place in Attica and Central Macedonia.

In 1520 he received a total of two hundred and seventy (270) calls, concerning a) questions about the measures and b) complaints about non-compliance with the measures, which were forwarded to the competent audit services.

The audits continue throughout the territory with the main objective of ensuring the implementation of the special operating conditions of the companies and focusing on the areas of high commercial interest. At the same time, the controls on the implementation of the measures for the obligation of vaccination in health structures and welfare structures are in progress, in addition, intensive controls are carried out for the possession and verification of the authenticity of the vaccination / disease / diagnostic certificates.
