Diplomatic “poker” before Constantinople – Moscow is waiting for Kiev, Russia’s proposal by Ukrainians

The Kremlin said today that he was waiting for Kiev’s response to Moscow’s proposal to hold a second round of direct talks between Constantinople next Monday to present his terms for a peacekeeping agreement. “To my knowledge, we have not yet received any answer (…) we must wait for the Ukrainian side response,” said Dmitry Peskov, the Kremlin spokesman, in daily informing journalists. Ukraine has not rejected the meeting, but stressed yesterday, Wednesday, that he wants to know in advance the content of the Russian Memorandum, as it is said, to present the terms of Moscow in order to achieve a sustainable peace.
