Diplomatic Sources: Security Guarantees in Ukraine was offered by Trump in the logic of NATO Article 5

The US today offered Ukraine security guarantees similar to Article 5 of NATO, but without Kiev officially joining the North Atlantic Alliance, unnoticed sources in Reuters and the French Agency said.
