Set in Pirenópolis, in the interior of Goiás, farmer Francisco Camargo has the dream of transforming one of his nine children into a great country music star. He places his hope in the oldest, Mirosmar, and decides to give him an accordion when he turns 11.

The eldest son and his brother Emival, who plays the guitar, are successful at parties in the village where they live, but due to the loss of the property where they lived, the family is forced to move to Goiânia.

Mirosmar and Emival then start playing at the local bus station, with the intention of raising some money to help around the house. There they meet Miranda, a manager of country duos, who travels with them for more than four months.

The brothers begin to be successful and sing for more than six thousand people in a show in the interior of the country in Imperatriz, Maranhão, but Emival's early death in a car accident ends the duo's career.

After almost giving up his artistic career, Mirosmar decides to return to singing, now using the stage name Zezé Di Camargo. Already married and with two young daughters, Zezé has difficulty supporting his family and the best he can do is get other artists to sing his compositions.

A few years later, he meets his brother Welson, who starts using the stage name Luciano, and sees in him the potential of an ideal partner to take his musical career forward and achieve success in the world of music.

The duo rose to fame in 1991 with the release of “It's love”, which became a huge success in Brazil. Since then, more than 20 albums have been released.
