Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said today that Moscow is ready to discuss the political aspects of an arrangement with Ukraine. Russia is ready to hold talks in any form and to upgrade the level of delegations in the negotiations, he added. But he reiterated Moscow’s position that any meeting of the leaders of Russia and Ukraine should be the culmination of these negotiations and should be carefully prepared.
