A video document with the moment when the bus falls off the bridge in Mestre, in the Venice area, came to light. At least 21 people died, including an infant and two children.
The bus was carrying 40 tourists from Ukraine, Germany and France, while the 40-year-old Italian bus driver, who took the tourists to a campsite, is presumed dead.
The mayor of Venice declared mourning in the city, while he described the scene of the accident as revelatory, after visiting the scene of the tragedy.
