In the next Friday, September 22 two strong names in the art of eating and drinking well in São Paulo come together in an unprecedented event.
A Headquarters261 the wine bar for sommelières and entrepreneurs Cassia Campos It is Daniela Bravin , is famous for its curation of hand-selected labels. In addition to having fixed events in its weekly schedule such as the well-known Pizzada na Calçada every Thursday and on Sundays, Pilotto with sea preserves, shrimp sandwiches and crab croquetas, Sede261 also welcomes special guests.
This September, our guest will be Bicol, traditional Korean restaurant in São Paulo . The idea is to value Korean culture and make it increasingly part of everyday urban life in São Paulo. The chef Gregory Kang invades the sidewalk of Sede261 with Korean bites, to eat with his hands and a glass of wine.

Ssam is made with a bouquet of fresh leaves (lettuce and sesame leaves not to be missed) stuffed with garlic, rice and Korean barbecue, which can come in two options – Burgogui Ssam, which has marinated fillet and ssamjang soy paste (R$ 20), and the Samguiopsar Ssam, made with pork pancetta, pickled turnip and gochujang pepper paste (R$ 20).
To accompany, Jeong (R$ 24), Korean pancakes made with vegetables and chives and the Kimchi Trio (R$ 18), made with cucumber, turnip and chard fermented in pepper.
For the event, the sommelières duo selected a sea of wines in glasses including whites, rosés, oranges and reds, starting at R$27 each.
