Therapy dogs are comforting passengers on delayed and canceled flights at George Bush Intercontinental Airport in Houston, Texas, following a global cyber outage that disrupted travel across the United States and around the world.
“Volunteers make all the difference! Our #IAHTherapyDogs 🐶 were up early on their day off, making their rounds to bring passengers some joy and comfort as our airline partners continue to work to restore their service operations,” the airport said in a post on X.

The dogs, Clyde and Oliver, are offering support to travelers in the terminals, a spokesperson said.
More than 350 flights were delayed and nearly 100 trips were canceled on Friday (19), according to FlightAware.com.

The global cyber blackout happened due to an issue with cybersecurity firm CrowdStrike.
