Don Julio is the best meat restaurant in the world for the 3rd consecutive year

Announced this morning (May 1st ), in London, the award World’s 101 Best Steak Restaurants The Argentine Don Julio Parrilla, from Buenos Aires, was elected for the third time in a row, as the “best meat restaurant” in the world.

The house is led by the entrepreneur and sommelier Pablo Rivero Chef Guido Tassi’s, and together they have also won the best restaurant in Latin America, according to Latin America’s 50 Best Restaurants (2020 and 2024).

“Don Julio is an uninterrupted, always evolving tradition, trying to bring the culture of Parrilla Argentina to its maximum expression,” says Rivero, whose main pillars are the sustainable approach to cattle meat from Aberdeen Angus and Hereford races, and respect for seasonality.
