Trump also stated that he would enter history as a pacifier of the conflicts of the world.
“Let’s start the complete restoration of America and the common sense revolution. It’s all about common sense,” Trump said in his inauguration speech.
Without a significant majority in Congress, however, he had to adopt a strategy of expanding the attributions of the executive branch.
Already in the early days, launched an active search campaign of immigrants and canceled visas of students with opinions contrary to the occupation of Israel in the Gaza Strip.
The measures caused the flow of immigrants on the southern border practically to zero. But the number of deportations remained stable compared to the observed in the Joe Biden government.
