Former US President Donald Trump published a post on his social network Truth Social with a link to the Telegram channel The DeFiant Ones, which is associated with his sons’ crypto project.
The channel in the messenger was created on August 7 and at the time of writing has just over 28,000 subscribers. The description says that it is “Trump’s official DeFi channel.”

On August 17, the channel’s owners promised to release “some important updates” “within a few days.”
For the first time about a new news source reported Donald Trump Jr. on August 15 on social media X.
Before that, The Trump Organization President Eric Trump and his brother published an announcement on social media related to cryptocurrencies and DeFi. They specified that it would be a platform for “displacing” banks.
The Telegram channel’s name matches the Be DeFiant trademark registered in July. Other names include World Liberty and World Liberty Financial.
Earlier it became known that Donald Trump owns cryptocurrencies worth up to $5 million and earned over $7 million on investments in NFTs.
