Donald Trump sued by family of police officer who died after Capitol attack

The family is seeking $10 million in damages.

The lawsuit also names two persons who were involved in the incidents.

The House Special Investigations Committee, which has been conducting a months-long investigation into the January 6, 2021 attack, which has shocked the US and internationally, asked in December for Mr Trump to be charged with “sedition” and “obstruction”. » of justice.
