Donation to the Fire Brigade by Teleperformance Greece, DIMAND and Barphone

Teleperformance Greece, together with DIMAND and Barphone, proceeded to donate 4 SUVs, with the aim of effectively supporting the Fire Department.

In a special ceremony that took place today, Tuesday, July 26, 2022, at the premises of the Headquarters of the Fire Brigade inside the “FAROS” building in Marousi, in the presence of the Chief of Administrative Support of the APS, Major General P.S. Ioannis Stamoulis – who represented the Chief of the Fire Department – but also the CEOs of the companies Teleperformance Greece, Konstantinos Hamalelis, DIMAND Real Estate Development, Dimitris Andriopoulos and Barphone, Petros Therianou, the donation of 4 vehicles was made to cover the service needs of the Fire Department.

The managing director of Teleperformance Greece, Konstantinos Hamalelis, expressed his satisfaction for the implementation of this important initiative, thanking DIMAND and Barphone for the cooperation, while he said characteristically: “It is certain that each one of us has a responsibility and a duty to protects the environment. It is also certain that when we take initiatives synergistically and collaboratively our power is greatly increased and the impact of our results is much greater. So I am particularly pleased that we are all here together today for this important cause, and I want from my side to assure that Teleperformance Greece seeks in every way to be a participant in such great actions and actions, as these are a priority and key elements of the company’s strategy.At Teleperformance Greece, in addition to our business goals, we undertake and implement actions aimed at its protection environment, the support of society and vulnerable groups”.

Dimitris Andriopoulos, managing director of DIMAND, said: “One of the fundamental principles that make up DIMAND’s corporate culture is the protection of the environment. We prove it, in practice, through the modern bioclimatic buildings we develop, which meet the specifications of of sustainability, respecting both the environment and people. The catastrophic fires of the past years have made us even more aware. In this context, DIMAND has decided to strengthen the work of the agencies that are active in the prevention and response of natural disasters. As a sign of recognition of their great and titanic work, we are offering these vehicles to the Fire Department, putting a small stone to strengthen its logistical infrastructure. and the same beliefs about responsibility that I have with everyone facing future generations; not only to protect the planet but also to deliver it in a better state than we received it”.

For his part, the Chief of Administrative Support of the APS, Major General P.S. Ioannis Stamoulis, after personally thanking the representatives of the three companies, emphasized: “This important donation, which comes from the three leading companies Teleperformance Greece, DIMAND and Barphone, came at a time when it will contribute so much to the animating of the firefighting personnel that they realize for one more brings the social recognition of the work it performs, but at the same time it will contribute to the strengthening of the operational action of the Fire Brigade”.
