THE Paris Films released this Friday (6) another trailer for “Don’t Let Go! “, a psychological thriller starring Halle Berry (“Catwoman”). In the new preview, Berry’s character begins to hallucinate and sense hidden presences in her home.
In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, the Oscar-winning actress revealed that the central point of the new film is to discover whether hauntings and hidden presences are “real or not”. “Is she schizophrenic? Has she gone crazy?”, asks the actress. “Her children also start to doubt, and that’s when chaos sets in, because now, at 10 years old, they don’t always believe everything their mother told them”, she explained.
The psychological horror “Don’t Let Go!” focuses on the drama of a family that must protect itself “from an evil that plagues the world.” When one of Berry’s character’s children begins to doubt the threat, the bond is torn apart, leading to an intense fight for survival.
Under the direction of Alexander Aja (“Cursed Journey” and “Killer Predators”), “Don’t Let Go!” hits Brazilian theaters in September 19th .
