OnePlus has released a flagship series of smartphones for several years in a row in the spring, and updated it with the OnePlus T line in the fall. Last year, the company introduced only the OnePlus 8T and left users without the OnePlus 8T Pro. According to new information, the company will not be releasing the OnePlus 9T this year.
As a reminder, the company launched the OnePlus 9, 9 Pro and 9R in the spring. A few days ago, OnePlus officially unveiled a new mid-range smartphone from the Nord series dubbed the OnePlus Nord 2 5G.

Earlier, there were rumors that the OnePlus 9T will be equipped with a four-module main camera with a 108MP image sensor. The smartphone was credited with a Full HD + screen with a refresh rate of 120 Hz, as well as 65 W fast charging and a 4500 mAh battery.
Probably one of the reasons the company dropped the OnePlus 9T is the lack of chips. Even a giant like Samsung was forced to abandon the release of the new Galaxy Note model at the annual conference in August.
