Two men, 30 and 38, were arrested in the act last Monday (12) after stealing various products from a supermarket in the Marapé neighborhood of Santos.
Among the stolen items were foods, drinks, hygiene products, as well as cigarette packs and diapers. A hammer, used by the duo in the action, was also seized. In all, the value reaches R $ 3,500 thousand in products.
The Municipal Guard was fired and located the criminals, who carried the stolen products, on an avenue near the region.
After being arrested, they confessed to the crime, were taken to the police station and charged with theft.
The case was registered at the Santos Judicial Police Center. The two continue at the disposal of the court.
