“Drake & Josh” actress remembers “learning and studying” with child actors

The actress Yvette Nicole Brown 53, recalled what it was like to act in the children’s series “Drake & Josh” and said he learned a lot from his young co-stars while recording the show that was a hit in the 2000s.

“It was amazing to see Drake [Bell]Josh [Peck] and Miranda [Cosgrove] be so incredible at such young ages. I was just starting out as an actress, so I was really learning and studying these babies and learning how they were moving on sets,” she said in an interview with People magazine.

In the series, she played Helen Dubois, manager of the cinema where Josh works. “It was one of the first or second things I did,” he recalls. “It was really exciting to be at that training camp and already be working with professionals, even though they were very young.”

“We had a lot of fun,” Brown added.
