The Civil Police of Minas Gerais, Indicated the driver Anestor Santos Carvalho 54, this Thursday (22). Anestor is investigated for homicide in the event of eventual intent, when the agent assumes the risk of the result, and the crime of disqualified direction.
The man is suspected of killing a 40 -year -old mother, and his 9 -year -old son, on Sunday (11) Mother’s Day, in the municipality of Santa Luzia, in the metropolitan region of Belo Horizonte.
The Minas Gerais Court had decreed the driver’s pre -trial detention on May 13 during a custody hearing held at the 3rd Criminal Court and Childhood and Youth of the Local District.
The inquiry was sent to court, and the suspect remains in the prison system after a request for conversion of preventive prison.

The running over took place last Sunday (11) and was recorded by a security camera. Anestor Santos Carvalho had no qualification and was taken to the police station. According to the Military Police of Minas Gerais, the run over occurred around 3:09 pm at Silva Jardim Street.
The victims, who were on the sidewalk, were hit by a blue Fiat Uno that misled, collided with a protective pole and then overturned. Images show the moment of the accident.
Teams from the Emergency Medical Service (Samu) even provided help, but the deaths of mother and child were confirmed at the scene. Civil Police expertise and funeral service were called.
The driver reported down Palmor Teixeira Viana Street when the car brake system failed, causing the vehicle to gain speed and get out of the track. He also stated that he had eaten a dose of whiskey in the morning, but the breathalyzer test was negative.
