A couple was caught in the act with 12 skank marijuana tablets on a bass amazon boat near the municipality of Óbidos (PA). The seizure was made by agents of the Candiru river base, in Pará, at dawn on Wednesday (21).
13,300 kg of skank were seized in the couple’s bags. The vessel f/b City of Terra Santa sailed through the Amazon River to Santarém (PA).
The bags were in the second deck and were found with the help of the Military Police sniffer dog.
“In the early hours of today, another seizure was held, being Friday in May alone,” celebrated Ualame Machado, Secretary of Public Security and Social Defense of Segup.
Police have charged the couple for the crime of drug trafficking. The suspects were taken to the Candiru base of the Civil Police.
