Drunk driver ran over pedestrian and made death threats via Snapchat

A shocking case of a drunk driver who hit a pedestrian and threatened to kill him in a Snapchat video unfolded in Front Street, Chester-le-Street, County Durham on August 5, 2021. Steven Flanagan, 33, driving an Audi S3, pulled over the pedestrian, leaving him with serious and permanent injuries. The attacker, who had been drinking in a pub and had been involved in a brawl before getting into his car, was caught on video making threats of shocking brutality. In the video, Flanagan, covered in blood, can be seen threatening to use a gun on people and animals, saying: “You have to kill me before you find me. Because I will come to the house of your mother, your father, your sister, your brother. I will murder every child in your family. I will kill your cats, your dogs, your rabbits.
