Dry hands? Here’s how to make a homemade hand mask

At this time of year (and with all the sanitizers and continuous washing!) Our hands can feel a little dryness. A lack of hydration it can compromise the skin barrier of the skin of the hands, so it is of fundamental importance to try to help them stay hydrated properly! As? With a hand mask! And since we are in the mood for experimentation, why not make it at home? By making a hand mask we can moisturize your hands, soften the skin and reduce the feeling of dryness, prevent dehydration and repair the skin barrier.

Today I propose you the recipe for a homemade hand mask super moisturizing cruelty-free and vegan. I recommend that you always use organic ingredients, in order to obtain a final product that is completely organic.

Ingredients for one application

• 2 tablespoons of aloe vera
• 2 tablespoons of shea butter
• 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil

Procedure

Combine the aloe and sunflower oil in a heat resistant bowl and mix thoroughly. Add the softened shea butter and keep stirring. Melt the mixture in the microwave or in a double boiler. Pour it into an airtight container and let it cool.

Apply the mask to your hands and cover with a pair of cloth gloves. Leave on for 15-20 minutes. Remove the gloves and massage the mixture into your hands. You can also reach the forearms and elbows, especially if they are particularly dry areas. And enjoy your super soft skin!
