The countdown to get ready for the highest skyscraper of residences in the world which will have 100 floors and will be located at Dubai it has started.
Award-winning UAE real estate firm Binghatti is teaming up with jewelry and watch company Jacob & Co to create Dubai’s new landmark: the spiky, diamond-like roofs Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences is set to underpin Central New York’s Park Tower as the tallest residential skyscraper in the world.
The skyscraper with a height of 472 meters will be erected, as the Athens News Agency reports, in the Business Bay district as a bold emblem of the design ethos of the two companies. Its slender silhouette will be topped in a way that mimics the sky with the highest level of Jacob & Co. diamond cutting. The most luxurious penthouses will offer panoramic views of the bustling city; each will be named after one of Jacob & Co’s top timepieces, which will be involved in the design of their interiors.
Luxurious amenities will also be included at Burj Binghatti, including a swimming pool with unobstructed views of Downtown Dubai, a luxury spa and fitness center. At the disposal of the residents there, a team of reception staff who will offer a la carte services: childcare, bodyguards, chauffeurs and personal chefs.
