The actor Dwayne Johnson 52, known as The Rock, was enchanted by his daughters’ performance who lent their voices to the film “Moana 2” which hits Brazilian cinemas next Thursday (28).
Jasmine, 8, and Tiana, 6, are the result of the former professional wrestler’s relationship with singer Lauren Hashian, with whom The Rock has been married since 2023. The little ones recorded the original voices of two girls who are part of a mini-fan -club of the protagonist Moana, as stated by Lauren.
“Much better than daddy,” says Johnson in a video shared by his wife that shows the couple’s daughters behind the scenes of the recording of “Moana 2”.
The actor gave his voice to the demigod Maui, who Moana goes after to save her people in the first film. Dwayne Johnson will be in the second film, as will Auli’i Cravalho, who provided the original voice of the protagonist.
“Tonight will be the first time we all get to watch and hear their little voices come to life… we can barely contain our excitement,” Lauren wrote about the film’s premiere.
