“Today, the fraud of Mr. Mitsotakis with the “power pass” and the alleged 600 euro subsidy for electricity was confirmed”, underlines in her statement the head of the Finance Department of SYRIZA-PS, Efi Ahtsioglou.
As it states:
“1. 1.7 million households or 40% of those the government claimed it would support are left completely out of any subsidy.
2. To the 2.5 million beneficiaries who finally receive a subsidy (out of the 4.2 million that the government had promised to support), they distribute 260 million for 6 months. This is an average subsidy of 17 euros/month.
And all this at a time when citizens have already paid 4 or 5 times more electricity bills”, he notes and comments that “in short, after thousands of euros have been drained from every household for many months, Mr. Mitsotakis appears now as an honoree returning a few euros to a part of the citizens”.
“Of course, it doesn’t even occur to him to cut a single euro out of filthy lucre,” he adds. “It is obvious that after the “fuel pass”, the “power pass” develops into a “full fraud pass” of Mr. Mitsotakis. But let him know that this “pass” of deception does not go anywhere”, he emphasizes and concludes:
“PS: As for the 20 million that the Ministry of Finance solemnly announces that it will distribute in the future to citizens, let’s not fail to thank them for their generosity.”
