e-EFKA: Submission of January APD by private companies in the areas affected by bad weather

The management of e-EFKA announced that in order to cover the workers ‘and employers’ insurance contributions of the employees in private companies, whose operation was suspended as part of emergency measures, due to the increased risk of natural disasters, the employers of these companies must:

– first, to submit the DPA for the month of January 2022, including in it as accrued (regular payroll) and the specific days (25/1 and / or 26/1), the respective salaries, as well as the corresponding contributions, and

– to pay to e-EFKA the total insurance contributions of January 2022, (including those corresponding to the period 25/1 / 2022-26 / 1/2022).

Within April 2022, as mentioned in a relevant announcement, an internet application will be made available to the specific employers on the e-EFKA website (www.efka.gov.gr), through which, using the passwords they have for the electronic submission of DPA, will be able, without the submission of supporting documents, to purposefully correct / modify the detailed records of those submitted for the month of January 2022, in order to ensure the full insurance of their employees, according to their employment status and on the other hand determine the amount of insurance contributions of the above two days, which will be offset by their obligations to the institution or will be returned to them.
