A new electronic modification service has been launched, with a deadline of June 30, 2022, of the Detailed Periodic Declarations (APD) for the years 2019 and 2020 for salaried lawyers, salaried engineers and health professionals.
Specifically, as mentioned in an announcement of e-EFKA, the new online service is available at:
– employers of salaried lawyers employed in the private sector and in NPIDs,
– employers of salaried engineers and health workers employed in the private and public sector in a relationship under private law (IDAX, IDOX with obligation to submit APD of joint ventures),
– employers of engineers and health workers subject to the provisions of paragraph 9 of article 39 of law 4387/2016.
The service is provided to employers through the website of e-EFKA (www.efka.gov.gr), by selecting: Electronic Services δ Employers → “Electronic Insurance Modification Service for Paid Lawyers, Hired Engineers and Health Professionals”, with access for the submission of APD, via the Internet. The possibility of modification is provided to the employer per insured.
As pointed out in the announcement, the above modification is made, until June 30, 2022, in a simple and user-friendly way, without the submission of supporting documents and concerns the declared, through Detailed Periodic Declarations (APD), insurance of these persons for the years 2019 and 2020, in order to adapt to the current legal regulations governing their insurance status.
The service is currently not available for members:
a) in the Employment Enhancement Mechanism “SYN-ERGASIA” (circular e-EFKA 39/2020, Chapter A ‘),
b) the additional support measures for employees and employers active in the tertiary sector and in the sectors of air and shipping, whether or not included in the “SYN-ERGASIA” Mechanism (circular e-EFKA 39/2020, Chapter D ‘) and
c) in the open program for the creation of 100,000 new subsidized jobs (circular e-EFKA 49/2020).
The new electronic service will be enriched on 17/01/2022 with an automated electronic procedure for the return of the correspondingly unduly paid contributions to these beneficiaries (insured and employers).
