Eduard Gurinovich linked to Hamster Kombat

Authors of the Telegram channel BRIEF stated, that the owner of the clicker game Hamster Kombat is Russian businessman Eduard Gurinovich. He called himself a partner.

The media discovered that on May 30, Gurinovich filed application to Rospatent to the phrase “Hamster Kombat”. This happened two weeks before the indirect deanon by The Bell and the Telegram channel “Zhaba i gadyuka”.

On July 5, Rospatent made a decision to register the trademark.

There are no financial services announced under the Hamster Kombat brand, but there are “business services that act as intermediaries for the selection of potential private investors and entrepreneurs in need of financing.”

Gurinovich is the founder of the online used car auction CarPrice and the CarMoney lending service. With the support of the Innopraktika Foundation, headed by Ekaterina Tikhonova (Vladimir Putin’s alleged daughter), the businessman in 2020 developed “Russian analogue of TikTok” called “Yamolodets”. In December of the same year, the project was sold to the holding company Gazprom Media.

Gurinovich in his Telegram channel announced that he and his team had become “the exclusive partner of the Hamster Kombat game in Russia.”

“We have purchased the rights to the trademark and will be responsible for working with the local community. The project team has given us the right to officially register the trademark “HAMSTER KOMBAT” due to the growing wave of scammers around the world,” he wrote.

Gurinovich’s team will also be responsible for selling advertising for the Russian region.
