As the US and Israel send delegations to Qatar for ceasefire talks, which are set to begin later today, no truce has been reached at key points of fighting between the Israeli military and Hamas. Israeli warplanes are striking the city of Hamad, while in the previous 24 hours, explosions were reported in houses in Khan Yunis in the southern Gaza Strip, killing dozens across the Palestinian territory.
