Liquid cooling specialist EK has expanded its Quantum Torque fitting range with Micro Rotary 90° transition fittings. They will be especially useful when assembling the LSS of a small PC when space is limited. Micro Rotary 90° adapter fittings allow for neat routing of hoses by making 90° inter-unit connections and using the ability to rotate the fitting 360° around one axis. The total installation height of the fittings is only 21 mm, which allows bending in hard-to-reach places where it would otherwise be impossible. For comparison, the standard EK-Quantum Torque 90° Rotary Elbow is 10mm taller.
Fittings are made of brass. Available in five finishes: black, nickel, black nickel, gold and satin titanium. Since there is no room for normal knurling on the fittings, a 6mm hex wrench must be used to fix it. Once fixed, the body can rotate freely in any direction. The G1/4″ male thread screws into the desired port, and the fully swivel joint allows the G1/4″ female port to be directed in any perpendicular direction.
