EK Water Blocks has unveiled the EK-Quantum Vector RX 6700XT D-RGB full coverage waterblock, designed to be installed on graphics cards that repeat the AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT reference sample.
The base of the waterblock is made of copper and nickel-plated, and the cover material is transparent plastic. According to the manufacturer, the split flow design used in the water block has been optimized to provide even distribution and smooth flow of coolant without disturbances that reduce efficiency. It is said to perform equally well in any direction of coolant flow. In addition, due to its low hydrodynamic resistance, the water block can be used even as part of an LSS with low-power pumps.

The waterblock is adorned with addressable LEDs. The backlight is compatible with popular sync technologies including Asus Aura Sync, Gigabyte RGB Fusion, MSI Mystic Light and ASRock Polychrome Sync.

The waterblock costs 150 euros. Additionally, metal plates are proposed that are attached to the rear side of the printed circuit board, which distribute thermal and mechanical loads and improve the appearance of the video card. A black plate costs about 37 euros, a nickel-plated plate costs 44 euros.
