Konstantinos Stoumpos and Konstantinos Bouza – respectively Vice Chairman of the Board non-executive member / non-executive member of the Board of the Company, (liable persons based on article 13 of Law 3340/2005), fell below the limit of 15% of the voting rights in the Company. In particular, the direct percentage of the company NIKIAS SA amounted to 14,564% of the total voting rights in the Company, corresponding to 1,638,501 common registered shares.
