A contract for the execution of a project with the General Hospital of Athens “G. GENNIMATAS” was signed today, December 9, 2021 by EKTER SA
The object of the Contract is the construction of the project “Restructuring – Renovation – Upgrading of the emergency department (T.E.P.) of the G.N.A.” G. GENNIMATAS “”, as announced by the company.
The project will be funded by a donation from the LATSI PUBLIC BENEFIT FOUNDATION.
The total amount of the fee for complete and completed work and delivery of the entire project, amounts to the lump sum price of one million and eight hundred and fifty thousand Euros (€ 1,850,000.00) completely exempt from VAT.
The time period for completion of the project was set at two hundred and seventy (270) calendar days from the current signing of the contract.
