Elderly with Alzheimer’s killed in a Crime Court: CV heads are sought after

Even wounded, the elderly man was taken to the community of Fazendinha, in Complexo do Alemão, where he suffered new aggressions until he was killed. The body remains missing, which also configures the crime of concealment of the corpse. Brendo, the “BR”, was arrested on Thursday (22) by agents of the Arms, Authority and Explosives Police Station (Disarm) in Inhauma.

According to the police, the order for execution came from a “teacher”, appointed as one of the leaders of the Red Command in Rio de Janeiro, which is also recognized as “Matuto” – a person responsible for large purchases of weapons for the faction in Rio de Janeiro and for international negotiations.

Two others involved in the crime have already been arrested. Against Phillip Gregório and Jhonata da Silva, there are arrest warrants issued by the 1st Criminal Court of the Capital, for the crimes of qualified homicide and concealment of the corpse.
