To start the celebrations of one year of opening of the Elea Forneria on a charming corner of the Água Fria neighborhood, in the north of São Paulo, the house chef Enrico Villela gets the talented Paul Cho from the Paul’s Boutique to get your hands dirty and present two new recipes.
At dinner at next Saturday (25), from 19:00 to 22:00 whoever goes to the restaurant will be able to taste the unprecedented taco pizza pineapple, mozzarella, pork belly, tomato sauce, red onion and coriander (R$ 62) and the Calzone with nduja, mozzarella, corn, tulha cheese, tomato sauce and oregano (R$ 51).
The experience is a gastronomic and cultural exchange, Paul, formerly of Bráz Eletrica, runs the pizzeria Paul’s Boutique, in Itaim, which, inspired by the slices shops of New York, serves pizza in the American style, by the piece. Enrico, on the other hand, brings the proposal of the authentic Italian round with long fermentation and fresh ingredients.
