Elections in Poland: Nationalist Navrotsky is a winner

The nationalist, Eurosceptic candidate Carol Navrotsky, 42, was highlighted by a completely marginal difference in the second round of presidential elections, which took place on Sunday in Poland, the European Electoral Committee announced recently.
