In an interview with “The Goop Podcast”, American actress Scarlett Johansson said that, 11 years after her debut as the character Black Widow in the movie “Avengers”, her partnership with Marvel is over.
“It’s over for me. It’s a closed chapter. I did everything I had to do. And to keep going back, going back to this character over and over again for ten years, it’s a unique experience,” she said.
During the podcast interview, which is hosted by actress Gwyneth Paltrow, Johansson asked her colleague if she would return to live Pepper Potts, her character in “Iron Man 2″.
“I’m not dead, so they can always call me,” he replied.
The film “Black Widow” was released in 2021, grossed over $378.9 million at the worldwide box office, and is currently available on Disney+.
