The businessman and ex-BBB Eliezer 33, surprised his followers this Thursday (31) by showing off his body full of bruises after gynecomastia surgery.
On his Instagram, Eliezer shared details of his post-op, including the removal of the drains. “Just got the drains out. We’ve already taken it off, and now I’m going to take the tape off. Now it’s almost one hundred percent. Look at the titties,” he joked.
Afterwards, Eliezer’s influencer and wife, Viih Tube, 23, recorded the marks left by the operation.
“Around the chest, there’s a graft, so it’s a little more purple. The breeches that had a little loop, have nothing left. And here it is sunk, it was your bone structure, really. You have a chest to train there”, said Viih.

Finally, the businessman published a recording in which he showed a previously performed drainage. “The fat coming out, look, you can see the fat flowing down the drain. This here is all liquid fat that is still inside my body”, explained Eliezer while holding a drain.
Understand what gynecomastia is
According to the plastic surgeon, an expert member of the Brazilian Society of Plastic Surgery, Antônio Pitanguy, gynecomastia – which is the increase in breast or fatty tissue in the male chest region – can be caused by hormonal disorders, obesity, use of medications, such as testosterone, and even neoplasms (abnormal tissue mass).
He also points out that the condition is more common than one might think, especially when considering pseudogynecomastia, which does not involve an increase in glandular breast tissue, but rather the excessive accumulation of fat. In this case, the appearance is mainly caused by excess fat rather than actual glandular breast growth.
“Surgery is recommended when this enlargement occurs, which can happen in both adolescence and adulthood, often causing patients significant discomfort. It is essential to conduct a complete investigation to rule out differential diagnoses, as their origin may vary from patient to patient”, he explains.
Antônio Pitanguy explains that the surgery it does not involve specific risks, in addition to the dangers inherent to any surgical procedure, but it is very important that the patient is submitted to a previous clinical evaluation, including clinical exams, imaging exams and, when necessary, the opinion of other specialists.
“Gynecomastia can also have different treatments that do not involve surgery, such as the use of medication to decrease the amount of hormones”, he says.
Combination with other procedures
Viih Tube’s husband performed the gynecomastia surgery along with a high-definition liposuction.
According to the specialist doctor, the combination is indicated when the patient has additional complaints, often related to lipodystrophy (accumulation of fat resistant to diet and exercise) in other areas of the body. In cases like these, it is possible to perform both procedures at once.
