Contract with the American company Environmental Chemical Corp. (ECC) for the undertaking of the project “Construction of reusable hangars and improvements of tramways at the Larissa air base”, totaling 19,520,000 euros, with the US Department of Defense (NAVFAC) as the Project Owner, signed by AKTOR ATE, a subsidiary of Ellactor .
The project concerns the improvement of the facilities of the Larissa Air Base and its object consists of the construction of two (2) large maintenance hangars (LAMs), one (1) Aircraft maintenance building, one (1) facility building, the expansion of treadmills, aircraft parking and vehicle parking.
Also included is the reconstruction of the carriageway sections, the construction of an auxiliary aircraft parking lot and the installation of equipment.
The works will be completed within a period of 12 months, according to the schedule of the above contract.
