In favor of the company’s withdrawal from its lawsuit before the Single Member Court of First Instance of Athens against, among others, Mr. Alexandros Exarchos, former member of the Board of Directors. and managing director of AKTOR ATE, decided today’s Ordinary General Meeting of Ellactor, following a proposal by the minority shareholder Reggeborgh Invest BV
As the company states in a relevant announcement, the Ordinary General Meeting, following a proposal by the minority shareholder Reggeborgh Invest BV, after a legal vote, decided in favor of the Company’s waiver of the right and the document of the lawsuit under GAK 20946/2021/EAK 4756 /2021 before the Single Member Court of First Instance of Athens against, among others, Mr. Alexandros Exarchos, former member of the board of directors and managing director of the company AKTOR ATE (30.07.2018 – 27.01.2021), which is a 100% subsidiary of the Company and former non-executive member of the Company’s board of directors (31.12.2020 – 27.01.2021), as well as in favor of the withdrawal of the relevant summons filed by the Company before the Athens Court of First Instance with ABM E21-3653. The authorization is also provided to the Company’s board of directors in order to take any necessary action in this direction, within the scope of any powers of the statutory bodies of the Company’s subsidiaries.
