Elon Musk begins his visit to Israel

The businessman Elon Musk landed today at Tel Aviv, as reported by a journalist who monitors air traffic, beginning a visit during which Israeli leaders will draw his attention to the fate of the hostages held in Gauze and they will discuss with him about her increase in anti-Semitism on the Internet.

From the office of Israeli President Isaac Herzog it was announced yesterday, Sunday, that Musk will travel to Israel, to meet with the head of state. According to Israeli media, he will also meet with the prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu. There was no comment from Musk’s office.

Avi Sarf, an aviation expert for the Israeli newspaper Haaretz, posted on Musk’s X platform that a plane carrying the billionaire, who also heads Tesla and SpaceX, landed in the morning.

Netanyahu met with Musk on September 18 in California and asked him to strike a balance between protecting free speech and fighting hate speech, after weeks of conflict over anti-Semitic content on X.

Musk responded by saying he was against anti-Semitism and against anything that “promotes hatred and conflict,” repeating his earlier statements that X would not promote hate speech.
