In a tweet late Thursday night, Musk stressed that “no further Tesla share sales are planned after today.”
On Monday, Twitter announced that it had accepted the offer to buy Musk at $ 55.20 per share, which is a premium of 38% compared to April 1, when Musk revealed his 9% stake in the social media company.
